LUCID

With the nights getting lighter and lighter, and high summer just around the corner, I've invited co-conspiritor Stuart Nisbet along to play some tunes back to back stylee. Weekend of 16th and 17th June 2007
CHILLED CIDER

This is turning out to be a nice little annual event now. Pete Lawrence's favourite Dorset boozer 'The Square and Compass' opens its doors once again to DJs and live acts for the whole weekend. Set in gorgeous surroundings, with a fearsome array of ciders and perries available, this is not to be missed if you like that kind of thing. And who wouldn't??

LUCID

This month sees Laura B making an appearance. My co-conspiritor as one half of 'Survival of the Slowest' and sometime labelmate at the Big Chill, I've known Laura for a while now... We've played together at the Big Chill Festivals and also toured Japan believe it or not! So it's great to have her on board this month.

All Change


The Shed

Well, we moved house... back to where we moved from, funnily enough. But it feels good, what with a new improved studio to work in and the familiarity of our own gaff. In fact, I've been very productive, finishing the new album for Big Chill and writing a lot of newer material too, enough for another LP as it goes! Some of this work appears to have taken a 'poppy' kind of direction, but still with the familiar alucidnation production values imbued. I'm still pontificating as regards whether to include some of this stuff on the new LP, which will be called 'Get Lost'. It's due out in September, so once I have everything firmed up, I'll let you know.

Compilation Appearances

More tracks on compilations lifted from the debut LP 'Induction'... I guess that it's a good sign that tracks are still being licenced from an album that's three years old now. It's testiment to the quality of the music!
