Tunes Festival 2002
Secret Venue, South of England.

The second mini-festival that Marcus Bailey and I put on. The first had been a real success, so we aimed to put on another belter with a cracking line-up to boot.

Marcus used his renowned soundsystem to provide the sounds, and we sold about 200 tickets in the end. A really nice crowd, really nice weather and really nice sounds guaranteed a superb time.

The lineup included Lindy Layton, Hexstatic, Mixmaster Morris, Artec, Pete Lawrence, Lol Hammond, Laura B, FLF, Leggo Beast, Another Fine Day/Kris Weston, myself and some serious deep tech house action from Chris and Boo. A memorable set came from Marcus himself; he played live accompanied by Hexstatic.

And my cousins, Jake and Patrick Bickerton played a gorgeous set in the late afternoon sun.
